ULMA Forged Solutions conducts destructive and non-destructive tests, as required. ULMA Forged Solutions conducts four types of Level II-III non-destructive tests (NDT): ultrasound, magnetic particle, liquid penetrate and X-ray. These tests do not damage the forged parts and can be conducted on the final pieces.
Our systems, processes and operations are certified in compliance with ISO 9001 standards by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance. They are reviewed on a continuous basis and audited in internal quality evaluations and by third-party inspection agencies.
QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
One of ULMA’s top priorities is QHSE management. A Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (QHSE-MS) has been developed, implemented and certified for our installations, in accordance with the ISO 9001 (since 1992), ISO 45001 (since 2010) and ISO 14001 (since 2002) standards.
To improve the credibility of its certifications, the QHSE Management System is certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, a third-party entity, and passes an in-depth annual audit.
