To this end, we apply our engineering skills during the Product Design and Processing stages.
- Design and calculations
Our engineering team has the experience, knowledge and expertise required to help our customers, providing them with innovative and competitive solutions, that comply with the relevant standars (designs in compliance with ASME, API, NORSOK, BS, CSA, BF, AENOR, etc…).
- Finite element analysis
We check and optimize the initial designs, calculated with finite element analysis (FEA) techniques (2D and 3D).
We simulate our forging processes on mechanical and hydraulic presses, as well as with our
hammers and rolling processes.
In each phase, ensuring both the quality of our products and the competitiveness of our processes.
Innovation is one of our differentiating elements. We work hand in hand with technology centers, developing our own material models and characterizations in our forge simulators, so we can predict the final mechanical characteristics of our products with our simulated processes:

We have the highest internal production capacity in our sector in the world.
We produce over 5,000,000 parts a year and our annual production capacity is in excess of 100,000 metric tons.
ROBOTIC/FULLY AUTOMATED FORGING LINES
Robotic – Fully Automated Forging Lines; Mechanical and Hydraulic presses (from 630 TN to 8000 TN), counter-blow hammers (up to 32.000Kgrm) and Ring Rolling processes (up to 3.200 mm OD).
SEMI-AUTOMATED HEAT TREATMENT FACILITIES
Gas furnaces, intermittent type (Max load of the furnaces: 10.000kg/each, Max temperature of the furnaces: 1150 ºC). Automatic loading/unloading
Temperature uniformity survey verified and certified NORSOK Standard M-650 rev 4, ASTM A 991 and API-SPEC-6A_2011 20 Edition Annex M.
TRANSFERIZED ROBOTIC MACHINING LINES
In-house machine shop for rough machining and final machining.
Mass production robotic transfer machines:
Both STRUCTURAL WELDING, manual (For LINE BLANKS, GMAW or GTAW) and state of the art robotic WELD OVERLAY – CLADDING (GTAW) for FLANGES and LINE BLANKS.
DESTRUCTIVE AND NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING FACILITES
The testing facilities are used to conduct all types of non-destructive and destructive tests. We conduct HYDROTEST to non-standard items for ensuring the integrity of the flanged joint and zero leakages.
25 meters high fully automated warehouse with a storage capacity of up to 8,000 tons.
