The different forging technologies available to ULMA Forged Solutions allow us to forge the different components of a valve:

body, bonnet, adapter, ball, etc. All of these forged parts are designed to the customer’s requirements, and they are also checked and verified in simulators before they are forged.

The resources and skills of our staff allow us to forge any type of material (carbon, stainless, duplex, super duplex, Ni alloys, super alloys, etc.), which are treated at our heat treatment installations and completed after performing the final destructive and non-destructive tests. They are supplied in accordance with the delivery conditions agreed with the customer (machining, cladding, etc.) and include all documents and certificates required.
