Over the past few years, we have grown in a sector with very exacting standards, the aerospace sector, in which our comprehensive, EN9100 certified quality system opens the doors for optimum hot forming processes of top-performing materials.

Closed-die technology allows us to manufacture highly critical components using very complex alloys, and producing products that are very similar to the final product in dimensional and finishing terms. In addition, our process engineering and R&D department uses state-of-the-art equipment and has vast experience in the design and simulation needs of our most demanding customers.

Our partnership with many different research and development centers specializing in the sector allows ULMA Forged Solutions to offer not only forged components, but also a wide range of cutting-edge engineering and QA services, so we can predict microstructures and mechanical stress, simulating the results before the part is manufactured, among many other tests.
